Terms and Conditions
- Amusement Park Activities timings 9am to 5:30pm.
- Bull ride one games consist of 3 mins
- Robotic Massage chair for 10 mins
- DJ, PASystem, LCD Projector with Screen will be provided at an extra cost.
- Target shoot: One Game consists of 10 Shoots.
- Bowling: One Game consists of 10 Frames (20 Throws).
- Archery: One Game consists of 10 Arrows (Only for above 5 yrs).
- Net Cricket: One Game consists of 5 Overs (30 Balls).
- Paint ball: One game consists of 25 Shots. (Only for 12yrs and above).
- Out Side Beverages OR any snacks is not allowed inside the club premises.
- Please note that we charge extra for sports items; like Shuttle-Cock @Rs.50/-, Tennis Ball @Rs.80/- & T.T. Ball @Rs.30/
- Tennis racquets, Badminton racquets etc. will be provided based on availability and can be brought from your end too.
- Breakages if any in the club premises would be charged to the company directly and added to the main bill, unless specified to charge to individuals from the company in writing
- Anything extra apart from the package will be charged directly as per usage.
- Drivers/ helpers/ cleaners/ maids will not be allowed in guest areas.
- Pets are not allowed inside the club premises.
Cancellation Policy
- If the cancellation is done within 48 hours prior to the Arrival date, 100% shall be refunded. Guest Should be notify to resort Via E-Mail.
- If the cancellation is done within 24 hours prior to the Arrival date 50% of the total amount shall be deducted. Guest Should be notify to resort Via E-Mail
- If the cancellation is done less than 24hours prior to the Arrival date, the advance amount shall not be refunded.
- Cancellation charges will be deducted from the total amount.
- No refund is allowed for not utilizing or not cancelling the booking. In case of Postponment of event the Above points will apply.
- In case of postponed there shall be no refund.
- Refunds for canceled booking will be automatically credited to the guest account within 4 working days from the Arrival date of cancelation.
- Postponement is done subject to the availability and can be processed only once.
